We are pleased to present Growing Intergenerational Wealth: The Beginning of Royal Bafokeng Holdings, a case study that takes an in-depth look at the success and key lessons in creating intergenerational wealth through a South African community-owned investment company, Royal Bafokeng Holdings (RBH).

CG Holdings co-founders, Niall Carroll and Andrew Jackson, were the first two employees of RBH. Carroll and Jackson and their colleagues were tasked with sustainably growing the wealth of the Royal Bafokeng Nation. The values and investment principles developed at RBH over the 2004-2012 period are now part of the heritage of CG Holdings.

We would like to thank the Impact Trust for commissioning and publishing the case study.
